Shipping policy

At Rivers Retreat, we ship all orders from fulfillment warehouses located in the United States so your gear arrives quickly and reliably.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and North America. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 3–11 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 or more
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
Incorrect Addresses & Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at crux.baobab1286@eagereverest.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us at crux.baobab1286@eagereverest.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
